About Maren
Maren Caulfield has had a passion for writing since she was a little girl growing up in Western New York. It led her to Cornell University, where she earned a degree in Communication in 2008, and stayed with her as she embarked on her career as a fundraiser in Massachusetts.
She was inspired to write her first novel, Benjamin Ringer and the Lost Sock, after the birth of her first child, who produced an unbelievable amount of soiled laundry.
When she's not writing novels, she works as a reporter for her local newspaper, acts in community theater productions, and enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew and their two young children.
